1. General Information

These Terms of Service govern the access and use of the website pathoftrade.net, operated by a company registered under CNPJ 60.888.705/0001-19, based in Salvador - Bahia, Brazil. By accessing or using the Platform, the user fully agrees to these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

The Company sells virtual goods related to the game Path of Exile, including currency, items, and in-game services, delivered 100% digitally through in-game trade. There is no shipment of physical products.

3. Payments

Payments can be made via credit cards or cryptocurrencies accepted on the Platform. Processing is done by third-party providers, and the Company does not store payment information.

4. Delivery

After payment confirmation, virtual goods will be delivered according to instructions displayed on the Platform, generally through trade within the Path of Exile game. The Customer is responsible for correctly providing their in-game information for receipt.

5. Refund Policy

As these are digital goods with immediate consumption, there is no right to a refund after the virtual item has been delivered. Refunds will only be possible in cases of proven non-delivery or processing error by the Company.

6. Disclaimer

The Company has no affiliation with Grinding Gear Games (GGG) or any entity associated with Path of Exile. The purchase and use of virtual goods may violate GGG's official Terms of Use, which may result in warnings, suspension, or banning of the account. The Customer assumes full responsibility for any penalties applied by GGG.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Loss of game account access
  • Updates, patches, or GGG actions that prevent delivery
  • Connection failures, server maintenance, or user errors

8. Privacy and Data Protection

The Company adopts technical and administrative measures to protect Customer data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – LGPD).

9. Changes to Terms

The Company may change these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Platform. Continued use after the change implies acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The jurisdiction of Salvador – Bahia is elected, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.

By using Path of Trade, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of our Service immediately.
